I don't get it... You don't always need direct CFM on the cards, You want Fresh air, not recycled garbage.
Moving more Hot air around in the case faster from internal fans that aren't creating Negative nor Positive pressure has very little effect, if not being blowen into a heatsink.
Options I could see right now.
A. Punch a hole in the side of the case to add an intake, Or Bottom of the case. 120MM punch. Install fan.
B. Install more powerful intake fan.
C. Adding Exhaust PCI-E fans as linked, Moving hot air away from the card does 2 things, Creates Negative pressure forcing fresh air into the case from outside, and moves hot air away from the GPU.
As I said you don't want to create some feedback loop of recycling your GPU's hot air with a PCI slot Intake.
I think I've also seen some 5.25 Bay Coolers.
If you have 2-3 5.25 bay's open you can mod a 80-120-140mm fan into it for intake.
I feel this thread if more suited for air cooling forum tho.
How would it create a loop? there is no hot air coming out the back where the pci slots are. Also the way my room is set up there is positive airflow out the back that moves the hot air away. Im doing that with my lower card it is like 10-12c cooler.
Also, i think I did open this up in the wrong section, maybe a mod can move it
