I will be doing some mild overclocking; I don't mess with the voltages. Only one video card EVGA GTX 260.

Think you should get the P8P67 PRO, has a couple more features than my P8P67 (regular, as you listed)

If you're looking to get that 2600k.. how long are you willing to wait? NCIX totally went sale after I bought the 2600k weeks later, what a waste.

RAM and cooler are good.

edit:
forgot to mention, are you planning to SLi that 260 if you do by chance get another? Get the Deluxe, it has SLi capability. PRO and regular only support Crossfire
