You're Good

1. Set the fan speed Higher, and see if there's any difference
2. Just blow(fan) some air into it and see if temps improve

Good luck

Thx all for your concern, i was about to disassemble but i think i will listen to you, i will set a custom fan profile with msi afterburner, i already set fan speed to %100 for a couple of minutes if i can blow away the dust but it didnt work, i guess i need a compressor. if u have any video showing how to disassemble 5850 reference cooler pls send, and my opinion amd reference cooling system for 5850 sucks, open system like msi Twin Frozr is better.

Start with just using a Can of air tho you can likely get most of the dust out that way. Worst case scenario yes, take off the heatsink, re-tim, and blow everything =O

Hello!

I have a hughe problem with my card, it does not post, and there are some strange white dots on the backside of the card (have not seem them before ... ok I have seen my card 2 years ago when I installed it into my pc biggrin.gif)

Any idea?

The card is accessible to write the bios by atiflash for example.
