Opinion on what could be my first build

So after months of waiting and going back and forth im almost ready to order the parts for my first build and would like opinions on what I have put together. keep in mind this will not be a gaming machine its just a high end personal machine for basic video and audio encoding here and there and every day pc use

For a case im still undecided but its between the fractal design arc midi which just came out and the corsair carbide 400r

If I go the arc I would be adding an additional front intake 140mm fan to bring it to two total

If I went with the 400r I would be adding a top exhaust fan

So heres what the rest of my order would look like I have a 2000 dollar budget to work with but obviously would like to keep it under

Those are all good choices. Not sure you really need 16GB of RAM or that large of a PSU, but otherwise a very nice build.

The only time you will need 16gb of RAM is if you are going to be using Photoshop, while writing a paper in Microsoft Word while finalizing a clip in 1080p in Aftereffects

I use After Effects and the Max RAM I have used out of my 12gb is 10gb with other programs open, so unless your a multi tasking Adobe Video Editor that writes papers all at the same time then all you need is 8gb.

But the LGA1155 has duel channel and you can't get 12gb.

I'm guessing you are going to be using the on board graphics, I suggest you get at least a GTX 460
