I don't use Hulu, but i think that Apple would really improve the service were they to acquire it, given the resources they have. I can definitely see the service having something such a first party app on the iPhone, Apple TV functionality, and having some integration with iTunes, so it would definitely get more attention.

I hope Google gets it personally, and integrate it into YouTube.

So how long after Apple acquires Hulu do you think it would be before they filed for patents and then sued Netflix?
I think Hulu need's a buyout, their coverage of shows is spotty as it is. Eventually the big Studios/Cable Providders are going to realize that a lot of people don't want 500 useless channels shoved down their throats for the sake of 3 good ones...

And then the internet will be awesome. In the meantime I guess netflix will have to do but they've already been feeling the squeeze. So dumb.

I can see Google keeping it free, ad driven and possibly weaving Hulu into Youtube. I can't see Apple, MS, or Yahoo doing the same.

I hope so too. Google is doing a great job with Youtube. It works flawlessly with me so far and no friends seem to have any issue with it.

Also the fact that if Google get it they will attempt to make it work for here in the UK seeing as they seem to spread their services around the world.

I hate that the UK does not have good services like hulu and netflix. Hopefully if Google acquires hulu it will be a start brining better services to the UK and countries other then the USA.

I got an idea! If companies got cash to blow, how about hiring some dang people instead of buying each other out. Unemployment is high right now and folks are gettin sick of the corporate greed.
