Should I be concerned with my unlocked 470 temps?

I was wondering, sometimes my temps reach the mid 90's, should i be worried?
I always keep the fan on like 75 when playing games.

Voltage is 962, due to some stability issues where it would crash the driver.
Core is 607
Shader is 1215
Memory is 1675

All the clocks are stock, no overclocking, I just unlocked it. I didn't overclock because of the temps.

That seems high to me @ 75% fan, perhaps try it at 10% more and see if it helps. It shouldn't be a problem though, they should be rated up to roughly 100~105c.

I'd aim to get it lower.

Anything above 80 is unbearable...should I downclock it a bit?

Yeah, try to get the voltage as low as possible as that's creating the most heat.
Yes, that is hotter than it should be with it NOT OC'd, and the fan at 75%. FOR SURE, something is amiss.

First thing I'd do is check the TIM/redo it with something good like Shin Etzu or the Diamond stuff (forget the initials ATM). That card should max out around 85 TOPS (80 would be more normal) with no OC and the fan at 75%.

Okay, good idea. I was thinking that might be a problem.
I will try to explain what was happening, and maybe you can see if it's a driver or stability issue.
When I first unlocked it, I turned up the fans and ran kombuster. Almost instantly it would get these weird clear/frosted black with four smaller blocks inside of the big one. Like big pixels all over, then tell me the driver crashed and recovered.
Then I bumped the voltage from the sock 925, the 937. IIRC, it didn't crash out of kombuster. Then after about 5-10 minutes of playing games (Don't remember which one, I played GTA IV, Civ V, Minecraft) it did the same thing, weird boxes and driver crash.
Bumped the voltage to around 950 and did the same driver crash/boxes after like 30min-45min. Then finally, I reached 962 and has been fine since. Higher temps though.

Ok, dropped the voltage down to 937. Temps reached 83 max, and stayed there after 10 minutes. My fans are on 77%, kombuster avg. is around 265 fps give or take a few. It's at a steady 83 right now. Think I can drop the voltage some more?
Kombuster is only using 95% of my GPU, is that normal?

I keep my fans at around 75% all the time, idle temps are low 40's. Rarely in the high 30's. And how do I set up fan profiles in Afterburner, I just can't figure it out. And do the profiles work after afterburner is closed out, because it conflicts with some games.

EIDT: Okay, 925 voltage is unstable. Crashed out of afterburner after a few seconds.

Like brettjv said reapply the tim, I am willing to bet there is an absurd amount on it like both of mine had. Even if you dont have Shin-Etsu or ICdiamond a quality paste will do just fine. I used GC Extreme.

Does anyone know why I can't set the voltage to certain numbers in Afterburner? I can't set it to 930, 935, it only goes in increments. Like if I try and do 930, it defaults to 925. If I try 935, it goes to 937.
