upgrade to water cooling???

hey guys, i was just wondering that should i upgrade to a corsair h100 from my noctua d14??? i am about to buy 3 new gtx 580's in sli, so i thought they would generate a lot of heat, hence my build getting too hot!!!
so, i have got some question about the h100

1) what are the chances of a water leak?
2) if there is a water leak, and some of my parts are damaged, will corsair pay for it? (i dont think so, but its worth asking!)
3) How often should i replace the water?
4) will it fit in my case? (HAF-X)
5)How would I know if it is leaking or malfunctioning?
6) will I be able to hit 5+ ghz with good temps?

thanks!!!

EDIT:
i am gettin really good price for the d14. A friend of mine wants to buy it for $90 as he doesn't want to order it from a website..

Not worth it, temps will not be much better than what you have.

1) None
2) Yes
3) Never
4) Yes
5) The coolant in H series coolers is green so it will be very noticeable if it ever leaks.
6) Perhaps but it is more dependent on your chip

Imo its probably not worth the upgrade as you will probably only notice a slight temp decrease

ok, but I would just pay an extra 50 dollars for it

As someone using an H70, I would not call the all-in-one systems water cooling.

Just saying.
