Spend less and get the ASUS p8p67 pro 60 bucks for something overpriced as the sabertooth Meh.
Ordinary ripjaws fits under the D14 with ease.

Just to clarify you should get the Ripjaws X cause they are optimized for Sandy bridge.

Well I finally got everything today. There were a fair few parts that were not available/sold out so I had to settle for these:

CPU - i7 2600k
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14
Mobo - Gigabyte Z68X UD3H-B3
CASE - Thermaltake Chaser MK1
PSU - Corsair HX750
GPU - Powercolor 6970
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 750GB
RAM - GSkill Sniper 1600Mhz 8GB

Is there anything really bottlenecking my PC there? I'm going to build it today most likely.

Looks smexy. As long as your hdd is 7200 rpm, everything should be peachy.
