im going to by two radiators for my water cooling setup and i was wondering: would it be better to have all the hot water going to a 120mm then a 240mm or the otherway around? it will be used to cool my cpu, NB and graphics card(in a few years when i have the money).
please let me know

Sorry, but why are you getting two radiators. You'd be better off getting a black ice xtreme 240mm radiator. They are just as good as some of the 360mm rads (probably better than the majority)...

If you're just doing your NB, GPU and CPU then teh Blace ice GTX240 will be more than enough for that setup.

I've got the Black Ice Xtreme 360 and it'll be cooling my CPU, NB and 2 GTX570's.

The water temperature inside of a loop is pretty much the same between any two points, there may be a 1 degree difference but that is negligible. It really wouldn't matter which radiator you have the water going into first.

I would probably go with the Gentle Typhoon 1850 RPM fans, probably the best fans on the market and pretty much silent. Not sure abotu passive rads, never been a great fan of them.
