I'm not to sure but I thinks 80 is just it running through its initialization and is normal, as for the lan driver uninstall it from the device manager and then install the latest driver and see what happens

is my SSD causing the problem. how do you guys install os to the SSD drive ? any tips would be appreciated ..

Boot with only the SSD connected. Insert OS disc. Follow the steps.

oh ok. but I formatted it before .. will it cause any problem? also, which sata port should I use it to connect the SSD? because there are few types of ports for maximus extreme z. I don't know which one is the right one.

Formatting your SSD drive is likely what caused your pc to go haywire.

Generally it is safe to format SSD drives however it can potentially lower the life span of your drive. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but in this case it looks like your SSD drive is what is causing you issues. I was a little dramatic with my previous post - I just wanted to label it as a contributing factor.
