Excellent effort!
1.35 vcore is good,very good!
mine takes 1.504
max temps should be in the mid 50s under load, though if you can knock the temps down by higher airflow, please do so,games like metro/gta/mafiaII will soon knock the temps right up under continuous load.
go post and join in amd 4ghz club now

1.35v is borderline golden.. You should be happy to have such a great chip. Mine can only do close to 3900mhz on 1.35v.

which is also good,1.35v only nets me 3.6ghz cpu / 2.6ghz cpu-nb

On a side note i am picking up one of those m4a79's today so i am keeping my fingers crossed that the 280 fsb max i get with this mobo is a chipset wall...

I hope to achieve the 300-320 fsb i'm told should be easily attainable with AMD.

At the very least i will be able to test my ocz ddr3 that have been sitting in my cupboard for months..

You are very lucky, I need 1.47 v to get my overclock stable, but under load it rises to 1.51v . . . .

As expected my poor H50 has a task and a half keeping the temp below 60.

I wish the AMD chips could handle the heat like the intel ones, then I could push for 4.2 +

this m4a79 is a steaming pile of !
the best i can do on this board is 3.9
although the faster ram makes up for it,but i cant take the cpu-nb over x10...
the bios is quirky at best and is not idiot proof so i'm struggling, though i been messing with computers more than 10 years!
i could get 4.18 with my nvidia mobo :banghead:
not impressed

1.34 was not at load.....

It was 1.55 at load. Not stable. Prime95/LinX/3dMark Vanatage all crashed the system. Need to mess with cooling this weekend.
