Except he's right. There's a pendulum effect that's not present in Dirt 2 or F1 2010. If you need to know, it was a reviewer at InsideSimRacing. He also noted the bad FFB and other things. If you check their Dirt 2 review, they mention that the FFB and physics have been improved and that the pendulum effect is gone (and it isn't in Dirt 3 or F1 2010 either). It was the same guy too.
And regarding difficulty:

I actually use the brake quite often, but you're right that the game is very throttle friendly. I was wondering, do you play for an iRacing team or something?
Nope I don't have a league, team, or sponsor right now as I just started a few months back and myself just learning and going through the process.

I think having a "team" and sponsor only come into play if you are a pro. But that isn't to say you cannot have a group of friends that all decide to create a team and help each other out with livery's and setup's.

I have to agree with the OP. It's like a hybrid between PGR4 and NFS, it just can't make up it's mind on what it wants to be.

What do you think of Race 07? Just downloaded the demo for that and GTR2.

I never played any of Simbins new stuff because GTR2 is the best simulator they made. I heard they "dumb down" and changed the physics a bit in the newer games (I don't know how true that is but...) most people just use GTR2 though.
