help me to check my 6970 overclock settings please ?

help me to check my overclock settings on my 6970. should I use furmark ? what setting ? how long ? do you have a better utility ? I'm trying to figure exactly how fast she'll safely go. thanks in advance.

I just ran furmark extreme burn in at 1080 with AA all the way up for 10 minutes. Should I proceed upward and assume that I'm stable. I've got the core at 985 and the mem at 1485 with the voltage at 1.2. any experienced 6970 owners care to help me out here ?
