Build help. (Numerous hard limitations!)

Requirements:
$200 limit.
Cannot consume more than 200w. (90-150w is better!)
Must have a strong CPU.

Doesn't need a hard drive, graphics card, optical drive, monitor, OS, etc. Just the bare minimum for a 'working' computer. (Mobo + CPU + RAM + PSU)

It's cheap because I would be building a lot of them. I don't want it to eat up wattage because I will be running them 24/7. It needs a strong CPU because that is the primary reason I will be doing this in the first place. These 'nodes' will be part of a farm.

Any questions?

First off, this guy is running several machines off of one PSU. An excellent idea if it's going to be a stationary farm.

I'll edit in a moment with other build recommendations.

This, this, and this is the best I can do for $200. The leftover money bits can go to whichever PSU you choose.

I probably will go that single PSU route. Do you think it would pretty much require a single rail PSU?

Sorry Blobby, don't think that's the type of build I'm looking for.

Anyway, If I split the PSU to 3 nodes, would it make sense to get one with 3 12v+ rails? Or no? I'm not very good about PSUs.

I'm not a PSU expert. I wish I could remember the name of one of the "PSU Gurus" around here.
