Best case for Corsair H100 - Page 3

All the screws I need will come ready right out of the box? Reason I ask this is because I'm seeing on YouTube people holding up these long screws calling them "theirs", saying they didn't come with the H100, but never specify what kind of screws they are or where they got them. This is also talked about in this thread, where the thread author mentions the screws, wondering the exact same thing I am. He made that post asking about this too.

What I did however notice though is in each of the videos they have two additional fans attached to their radiator so their's 4 total fans, in addition to the two top Cooler Master 200mm fans. I'm guessing I would only need to buy those screws if I purchased an additional two fans? So this means I'm in the clear if I just stick with the two top 200mm fans and the two that come with the H100?
6-32 is the correct screw. Just get the length depending on how thick your fans are. I use 38mm Delta's on my H70 and the 6-32 2" screws work perfectly. For 25mm thickness, 1.25" or 1.5" will work fine.

no

yes

i dunno about the extra 2 fans. i have the 2 x 200 mm's that are part of the case(one of which i bought from Cooler Master and installed), then the radiator, then the 2 Corsair fans under that. 4 fans, 1 radiator, all 4 fans blowing up/out. (exhaust)

So it does appear as though I won't need additional screws unless I mount an additional two fans to the radiator.

What I just went ahead and did was buy 4 Cougar Vortex fans (since those seem to have the highest speed around) and a bag of 25 6-32 x 1-1/4" phillips head black steel machine screws. I'll be replacing the 2 Corsair fans that come with the H100 with the Cougar fans. According to several YouTube videos, it'll work with the HAF X.

Where in the world did you read that a 750 could do above 4.5, let alone 5.2?
