Hi everyone! Looking for some recommendations here.

My current build:

HAF-X
i7 960 stock
stock cooler
x58 sabertooth
6Gb 1600 cosair dominator
gtx 580 1.5Gb
ax 850

I plan to get an MSI X Power Big Bang, a H70 to OC the 960 and MAYBE sell my gtx 580 to get a 3gb/2gb 6970 to CF. I have a budget that is just able to get the big bang h70, a new hdd and a new oem windows. Do you guys have any recommendations with this upgrade?

Agree with this. Upgrade that cooler and overclock your CPU then get another 580 and SLI them.

To be honest, I don't think you need to upgrade anything with that CPU and a 580. I would, however, suggest a Hyper 212+ for when the CPU heats up under load.

If you want to run Crysis or some other similar games, you could SLI two 580s. However, a single 580 will run pretty much anything well.

Sli ing on the asus x58 sabertooth is abit of an issue. As the 2 PCI-e slots are located with only 1 PCI slot in between, making temps a rather daunting issue, hence I plan to keep the x58 for a future build for my family and get a X-power. And since I have the budget, I would maybe head of the N14 or the H70. No plans to head for sandy bridge/ivy bridge/etc. for the next few years.
