Need advice on PSU wattage

I'm about to start a build with the follwing specs:

CPU: Intel i5-2500K
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V
Grahpics: GeForce GTX 560 (possibly a factory overclocked version)
RAM: 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600Mhz, 1.35v (maybe 1.5v)
Soundcard: Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Case fans: At least 5
HDDs: 1 x 1TB (7200 rpm)
Optical drives: 1 x DVD+-RW

I may opt to mildly overclock the CPU and RAM, so a little extra overhead might be good. I've used a couple of PSU calculators, and I got a usage of between 450-550 watts, but I can't quite put my trust solely on calculators.

So, may I please get some advice on the appropriate wattage for a PSU to power my upcoming build?

Also, if there are any particularly good brands/models, I love to hear suggestions. I was thinking of going with either Antec or Corsair as I've read good reviews about their products and customer service.

2500k TDP - 95W
GTX 560 TDP - 160-170W

Everything else is close to negligible except the case fans.

So we're at no more than 300W stock. No amount of overclocking is going to get you beyond 450W.

I'd say your estimations are correct for that setup, if you do plan on overclocking and ever consider a second 560 a 650W would be plenty.

That's great. I'm not planning on SLI in the near future, so I can get a less poweful PSU than I was expecting. (I was expecting a 600+ watt PSU). Thanks a lot for the help, guys. Rep added.
