Good Bulldozer Upgrade? - Page 2

psycho, that's much better build now. I am a bit worried about your memory selection. It could interfere with your CPU cooler. Not a fan of high heat spreaders myself.

You can get a 560 Ti for $235/$210 AR with no wait/9 day rebate and it will smoke that 6870 when OCed.

I'll think about it.

That cooler probably won't do you any favors, look at the Hyper 212+ from CM.

i would go for a much better board, one with vrm cooling if your planning on doing any overclocking.

Stratch the CPU Heatsink I have on that list.

Gonna be going with a Corshair H50, and plan on getting a different board (preferably a MSI board)

if you do not mind big air coolers, get something like the silver arrow or the NHD14 for around the same price, high end Air smokes the h50.

MSI uses crappy VRMs... I'd go for a good Asus or Gigabyte board.

Also those prices are quite high. I suggest that you buy from somewhere else.

Go for better ram since you're already spending $80 on a set.
