The F12s are good fans, they have a surprisingly good cooling/noise ratio. The F12 PWM has a built in splitter, so if you have a 4-pin fan header on your mobo, you can connect like 4 or 5 of the F12 PWMs to 1 header and control all of them via Speedfan. It's quite neat if that's what you want.

Yeah, but it's only that PWM version that supports daisy chaining. The fans are still good though.
