I find it funny how my Wildfire has had Gingerbread for ages now.

So you'll have official GB updates just in time for the ICS release...

These carriers/manufacturers need to get on top of these updates. We shouldn't be waiting a year, from when google releases an update, to receive it on our phones.

its not about "smart" people going to xda. considering most of the CFW have bugs galore. just because its "stable" does not mean its 100%. just means it runs well enough to be released. shoot, i can name a TON of CFW for my vibrant that are supposedly 2.3.4 and still cannot do simple tasks such...GPS, wifi calling, smooth scrolling, mms, etc
