Windows won't boot without my DVD Drive?

Whenever I disconnect it my system BSODS when it says Starting Windows...
Does any one know what is going on?

yes you changed the boot order. The bootloader was moved from boot.ini to a utility called BCDEdit.
Open the Start menu, select All Programs, and then choose Accessories. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator. Once in the command window, type bcdedit. This will return the current running configuration of your boot loader, showing any and all items that can boot on the system. Copy and paste it here

Go to your bios and change your boot order. Put your hdd first and cd drive 2nd, that should fix it.

when you remove the dvd did you set you hdd as first boot up device or plugged it into another connector?

I set it as my ssd as primary boot device.
