I used it before, but I personally don't find it to be as reliable depending on the situation. I find the use of regular cool'n'quiet (with a ref clock OC) just fine.
After spending some time tweaking my clocks and voltages with it, I have absolutely no problem with it. PC runs so smooth I even forget it's running.

Idle: 30 C

I was wondering if I should re-apply the tim to get lower temps or if this will not work/ be pointless.

Thanks for the help!!!
What is your room temperature?

Not 100% sure what the room temp was.

I have subsequently reapplied the tim 3 times since the original post.

I have used multiple methods to apply the tim, 2 and 3 lines down the heatpipes, or pre-spreading the thermal grease very thinly etc. All the times I had already filled the gaps with tim. All the methods I used gave me results within 1-2C of the first application.

I found the last application to be the best, with temps from 27-28C at idle to 48-49C while running prime.

With a delta of approx 5-6 degrees between the Idle heatsink and the room temp, Id guess my room temp is about 22-23C. probly 23
