And again, this is my point. If this was being touted as a lower-budget IPS alternative to, say the U2410, I would say this is a great deal! No argument there. But when you get better specs and a whole other feature set for only $80 more and this new monitor is supposed to be the replacement in the U24XX line, that's what I have an issue with. IPS is an increasingly popular option with HP and even ASUS cashing in. As opposed to the HP-ZR monitor and the ASUS monitor, the U2410 was feature-packed and if they are going to compete on price alone, it is harder to differentiate and say that the U24XX line is the better line.
