Overclock AMD B55 on M4A785-M.

Hi, I just got my upgrade today. Installed hyper 212+ and unlocked AMD 555 to AMD X4 B55 w/o problems. I also OC B55 @ 3.5ghz using fsb and multiplier only (disabled C&C). I read my cpu temps through hwmonitor on tmpin0 and its about 49c on load using intelburn (already subtracted for estimated temp) and since temp readings are not normal, I dont know if I should go higher than what I have right now. Any advise?

49c on full load is fine for an air cooler. Personally I wouldn't take it past 58c even though(I think) its limit is 62c. At the very least see how far you can OC.

I was able to oc up to 3.8ghz stable using intelburn today (206x18.5 @ 1.45 vcore) but my temps were around 52-54c and peaked 56c. is that safe? Is there anyway I can do to lower my temps @ same cpu speed?

EDIT: I was able to reach 4ghz but when I test it with IntelBurn, It errors/stops in about 30-60 sec. No BSOD though. BIOS settings is at

FSB: 200
CPU Multipier: x20@4ghz
CPU Voltage: 1.475
NB: 2800mhz
NB Voltage: 1.4
HT Link: 2000mhz
Dram Settings: All Auto

Is it possible for my current system state to reach 4ghz stable?
