good news guys, after asking and seen what you answer about the POWER needed to run my system I found out that it was not PSU fault cuz as you said my system is not very demanding even with extreme OC, I've only one video card, so it was no way that I could fried cuz of exahustive demanding voltage.

I smelled a bit more and I found that my old stabilizer smelled like full of burned cooper and it was not my psu phew... so I need to get a new stabilizer for my system, or I should go for a UPS?

I need to plug in 1 lasser printer + router + modem+ speakers + PSU + monitor

What about those VA that I found on the UPS? how do I know if I will be able to plug everything there without overkilling it?
I've got an APC 700, 405 W / 700 VA. Don't really know what it means, but I've got the PC and screen on the backup line, and in the surge protection line well, the rest (amplifier & joystick).

As I've lived in old houses with poor electricity, and this city sucks (specially the power grid), I have to use an UPS.
