Updated the first page with a half dozen new videos.


Hood com has pulled the trigger on some more mods to the CM 690.

Window with custom graphic, custom PCI plate fan controllers and more cable sleeving.

He's still thinking over a subtle powder coat. Maybe a mist of blue metallic over the black. IF (big if) the finish on the CM 690 is indeed baked on at the factory theoretically I can have powder applied right over it. A top coat with the metallic suspended in it would be the ticket. That will require some research. I can take the scrap metal from the window mod and test on that without screwing up the case.

MORE soon.

N64/PS to USB Adapter project is well underway and should be done in a bit.

OMG. The Port Adapter Bay Device is looking very nice...it should. I spent from 2 PM till 8 PM without stopping fussing with it. The hardest part by far was cutting the mesh DVD blank without messing it up. I resoldered all the leads. The hair thin wire they used turned out to be too delicate to withstand the constant handling I subjected the little adapter thingies to...but now it's even better.

I gotta eat and get the device completed. All that is left is soldering in the USB leads and I will be done. Then I'll regale you all with awesome pictures of one of the most amazing bay devices I've every made.
