Don't even need that much power for that, I used to play games like Fo3 on low and TF2 on high (despite the fact you can play that on even the worst PCs on the lowest settings), and I edited with premiere pro and after effects with a dual core athlon and a 2400HD. The x4 athlon and integrated would likely do fine, maybe get a 9800 or something.

And if your just going to play RS most of the time + light gaming, just trying to save you money.

Most games don't even take advantage of 6 cores. You're better off with a 955 or 965.

I just noticed your mobo selection, I don't know much about APU myself.

Not only will they not take advantage of the extra cores they won't come near maxing them, with my 2500K I have never seen my cpu past 40%, not including the rare spikes or alt tabing.
