It's fake.

That eye looks so fake

If a shotgun did that to the rest of her face, it would not leave a eye ball in perfect shape.

Eyes are actually some of the only things that survive in a shotgun blast, they're nearly indestructible. I think seen that pic somewhere before on 4chan, or something similar lol.

ON TOPIC, haha; 24GB of RAM? No.... Just no. 12GB at max. Nobody uses that much ram...
