Can anyone explain to me which would be best for overclocking and why please? Or any other mobo that is ~200 that would be better. Right now im leaning towards the gigabyte.

This question is asked every single day... literally. Comes down to preference. Both are great boards. I like Gigabyte more than Asus. Others like Asus more than Gigabyte. You can't go wrong with either board. :-)
