He said that people with three top of the line video cards were staying around 10 fps.
What is the point if no one can use the power of the engine?
I guess what makes it hard to understand is the engine is new. There is nothing wrong with that and I'm not even trying to say the engine sucks. All I'm saying is if you're spending over 100 million on a video game why would you gamble it with a brand new and unproven engine? Why would you not use something that is proven?

IMHO, it's better to plan for the future than the present. It's best to have a playable product now, that in 5 years they can really kick in intense graphics. I am happy with lower textures now if they can implement higher-textures as technology improves. My main concern is will they be able to incorperate dx11 and beyond in the hero engine....

I believe the Naga is sold out everywhere. I was looking at grabbing it but it seems that it does NOT have the changeable grip of the normal Naga epic?

problem is, those that aren't bioware fanboys don't seem as high on hero engine

who knows whats true or best, but the bottom-line is, they used an engine that 'too powerful' but still looks like crap

i love the 'you cant handle it' excuse... cant handle what? dx9 and ps2 models and textures... ummm yeah i could

anyway, im up to 43 with my commando and still loving gameplay thumb.gif
