I'm not high enough level to comment on the other things you mentioned, but I certainly agree on this point. I really wish they had a QT back to your ship, like in the KOTOR games.

Its a good game, and i'll post a full review later, but right now the time I have vs. the content available just doesnt make it worth $15 a month. To put it into perspective, in the last month (exactly 1 month, actually), I went from level 36 to level 38 (and a bit). I did one story quest, and a few side quests.

You're going to review a game that you didnt even complete? You didn't even experience any of the end game content.

I was going to say something but, the QQ would've been immense.

I now have 2 level 50's...and 2 level 20's -- Basically one of each branch "class"...and I'm still enjoying the game, thoroughly.

Crafting does not die at 49 -- Far from, especially for Biochem/Artifice...

I actually put some effort into my Sorc's crafting and I got the Magenta Schematic -- Now, everyone wants to be my friend and the crystal is in high demand -- Was actually a pickup raid believe it or not...I had just logged in...Bam.

PVP on the Marauder is fun, again -- And since the ability timing issues have mostly been diminished -- I RARELY have issues hitting someone unless their internet connection absolutely sucks but, that's another story.

I actually find myself doing 3/4 WZ's on my Sorc and then I do 5/6 on my Marauder + Dailies on both.

I do think 1 or 2 classes are easy button since, you only have to spam 1 hotkey but, in the same sense, the Sorc, with a good rotation just eats you alive by the time you kill him, anyway. - So, it evens out.

PVP at 50 is a bit of a PITA but, only some of the time -- I love how everyone loves to QQ about how hard PVP is bla bla bla -- What you're forgetting is that if you don't suck, you'll still leave the warzone with 4/5/6 medals...Maybe 7/8...I actually haven't left a warzone yet with less than 4 (Was having a bad day)...My average is @6/7. -- So, you're getting 5k less experience, 1k less credits for more medals than half their team...I don't see where the complaint is.

Greetings everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with the Tracert information we requested. After further investigation, it has been determined that this is an external Internet Service Provider issue. We have notified the company in question. Thanks for your patience and we hope to see you back in the game soon! We will post any new information as it becomes available. Thank you.

That's an issue that's being resolved...

I used to think Sorcs were OP when I was young and naive and had pvp tanking gear + a pvp tanking spec for my guardian. Then I switched to dps gear/spec and discovered that dps sorcs are really squishy, and healing sorcs are annoying but I can still take them down if they're not guarded. I really think the problem isn't with sorcs, it's with tanking stats in PVP. From what I've seen and researched, literally no tanking stats affect force attacks: shield/absorption (which is almost 100% worthless in its own right for pvp), defense, and armor don't mitigate force attacks at all. No wonder sorcs seem OP to people; some classes are much more reliant on weapon damage, which is mitigated by all of the above stats, but sorcs can just pew pew with impunity.

What is the best AMD Driver for the 5870 to run SWTOR on? My Crossfire scaling is horrible, i run with v-sync on and both GPU usage is at 59% and im at 40FPS in Hutt Ball and in other places. I have a RAMDisk of 1.5 gigs and it only uses 1 gig. Im trying to figure out my bottleneck but im almost certain its my cards. I need to try another driver before i try to sell them and pickup a 6970 or 580.

I'm dropped SWTOR till bugs are fixed, its not a bad game but from day to day there isn't much to do.

I'm a level 50 BH Powertech with a set of Columi gear, not the end game stuff. Reason for not being excited about the Rakata is because they pretty much messed up the stats, they drop a ton of Shield related stats and slap defense on it. Powertech is uses shield to make things proc, and the stat difference is not massive between sets.

Major bugs for me, Chests in Hardcore mode won't always let you assign loot properly, or at all. That seems to be a core mechanic that needs to work if you expect people to raid. Tickets sent in got replies saying once loot is assigned, they wont fix it (a wow style "trade item for 1hr with someone else in raid" would fix this till they can sort out the issues).

Normal raids just randomly assigns loot, so you can't even gear the people who need it. I got 3 purples in my last run that I already had better, and the 2 other BHs got 1 piece if that.

The general feel of the game is laggy, being a tank and having the spawning mobs not be where they appear sucks, so I charge the mob and land no where near it. Makes for picking up trash and spawning event mobs (pylon) a pain, and more work then it needs to be. Before you say its lag on my end, I usually have a 35ms connection to the server.

Every week there seemed to be a different bugs in EV. Pylons consoles bugging out requiring a instance reset, council bosses becoming immune for no reason and needing people to leave zone and come back to reset it. The first boss doesn't animate (turning to tank) for the first 50% of the fight, so your not always sure where hes going to do his knock back. The last boss (SOA) in our last raid was randomly dropping aggro during the pull him under the pillar phase.

The 4 man's are not very fun, and there is no reward that makes you want to run them that a PUG EV normal can't get you, which is generally faceroll.

The dailies aren't bad but once you get the earring/implants that's pretty much it.

I don't have the desire to have alts, I've tried and have most of them in the 20's, one is 37 (sorc). The ability lag they are fixing has improved the casting bar, it was horrible when I was leveling the sorcerer, bar would sometime show, the casting animation was out of sync. I think this has been partially fixed, but not played this toon since.

Tried Karagga's one time when we were under geared and having to fight that Rancor without Target of Target is just dumb. So they are adding ToT in the next major patch. They manage to do a red text call out for a lighting orb in SOA fight, but knowing when you have to move for the Bonethrasher fight wasn't important. I could see if they wanted to make the nightmare mode random, but in normal (casual) raid people aren't that reactive and take it to the face (which means everyone nearby gets a cleave).

Upgrading my video card from a ATI 5770 to a 560TI for SWTOR was a small increase, not worth spending the money for just this game. Fleet still lags horrible, and I can't speak for PVP.

SWTOR is great single player game, but the end game PVE needs lots of work.

SWTOR is great single player game, but the end game PVE needs lots of work.

Stats are being fixed in 4/5 weeks, they've said that several times -- Massive Overhaul I believe they called it -- Coming officially in 2.0

Loot rolls were fixed as of this morning (official patch) but, more is being fixed in the upcoming weeks.

Lag has been fixed repeatedly on the back end and continues to get better and better...The only real issues now are with ISP's...As I posted above.

Every week there are different bugs because they're actually trying to fix the game -- Something that has yet to happen in any MMO I've been a part of...Granted sometimes they cause more issues -- it's evidence that they're trying.

Agro is also being fixed in 2.0 -- Was stated in the question/response doohicky.

The 4 mans actually have orange loot that you can't get in other places of the game so, it's often highly desired...When people aren't doing heroics on a planet, that's when you know the rewards aren't worth the effort.

Again, HOTT is coming in 2.0, more than likely before...They're also revamping the AOE system so you actually have an idea how big the effect is.

As a 50 Sorc that PVP's and raids PVE regularly, ability delay has been fixed for the vast majority...I've only had 2 instances where my ability is going and the timer has been reset -- That's been over the past 2 weeks.

Fleet lags because it's a server issue and one that's being addressed -- Has more to do with your upload and load/bearing on the platform itself than your graphics card...YOUR best upgrade would've been your CPU/Ram.

I'm a lvl 50 sorc, and the game has been pretty fun for the most part. I usually just pve, and i'm currently geared with most columni and a couple rakata. I'll still atleast be playing until i'm 100% pve geared up, and see how the dual spec legacy plays into game mechanics, aswell as see more gear loot and raids in the next major update.

I also have the magenta crystal recipes for artifice. Thats it there is nothing left to get. Not to mention there are better crit, endurance, and power crystal that drop off the boss in koan all you have to do is pull them out of the light saber. They are +41 crit/power. The best thing to do is sell the crafting mats instead of crafting. And what do you do when you have 8 million credits and nothing to buy? They spent too much time on the voice overs and not enough time on the rest of the game. Iam sticking it out til march patch. I know a game is getting old when i run in circles in the main city and read general chat for hours.lol
