Almost stat in the game has a diminishing return, even power, but it is so high that it is not possible to reach the diminishing return. Willpower adds to power and crit (maybe surge, i don't think so though). But, power, crit and surge each have their own diminishing retun points. So it is a possibility that if you have a high crit, that when stacking willpower you are getting the diminishing return portion on the added crit that willpower gives. I think willpower gives 0.8 power per point but I could be mistaken.

I think that primary stat's do not have a direct diminishing return, but the stats that they add to, power/crit do.So, if you have too much crit, I guess you could say that your willpower has a diminishing return, but that is kind of incorrect.

well what i need to know pertains to willpower + to Bonus Healing per point
vs
Power / Force Power (Force power being the stat on Lightsabers) + to Bonus healing per Point.

if Willpower never produces less + to Bonus Healing per point, then thats pretty awesome

How is the swtor universe these days? I quit months ago, just wondering if its still doing good?

 

It's awesome, the new op is pretty tough on Hard Mode but a bunch of fun.

Power will give you more "healing power" but Willpower will give you more crit, most of the time, it is better to have your primary stat.

Power has no DR. It is a flat 0.23 bonus damage per point (believe it is the same number for healing, but not sure). Mainstat has no DR on the portion of it that goes to bonus damage/healing, it's a flat 0.20 damage per point, but the mainstat also gives critical chance, and that portion of it IS on DR. At the ~1500 level, 100 mainstat gives ~0.5% crit.

the other day I looked aty my bonus healing stats

Willpower, when devicided by the bonus it gives, gives me a higher number, than when I take the Power, and devide that by the Bonus given

Power and Force Power ended up equaling the same, but it showed that it was a 3rd of the bonus that WIllpower gives.

Bah i need to screen shot these stats when i get home

and Im not worried about the crit, very easy keeping myself at 43% crit buffs which is enough

Shadow Tank, is shadow tank. Personal record, protection wise

so we down HM Toth and Zorn like they were a bunch of babies

once our tanks realized where they need to hold the aggro at, so that both mods backs face eachother, and heals and DPS were at the side of tank/Zorn so that we were not in range of the aoe attacks

Which efectively allowed me to heal and DPS - went so flawless I ended the fight with almost full Force meter lol

Tanks on the other hand are seemingly easy, but the placement of the shields seem tobe messing us up. - I notice quickly where the shields are going up, but the rest of my side atleast dont seem to notice as quckly

also my DPS was NOT taking double destruction quickly, and then clearing from the Cleave attack so there is just some timing issues for us to work on .

Now running SM Denova straight through with no whipes - actually i think we foolishly wiped on the last boss for a fairly idiotic reason but we corrected that.

and NightMare Mode Karaggas palace went down in 1 Hour 20 min so we all have the unyielding title, my second time doing that one in time

ended up with Blackhole Earpiece, Bracers, Rakata MainHand, - still no compaign item luck since we only wer eable to down boss 1 of HM Denova
