Teras even failing now it looks like, my friend said it was 50% off after 19 days. The only mmo that looks like it has some sort of a chance is gw2 and that's only because it has no subscription fee.

My server is dead to be honest. In the past 3 weeks we barely had 50 people on the fleet. I manage a 200+ people guild and most of them have rerolled on other servers or gave up on the game. In the glory days we used to have 70+ online in the guild. We ran multiple 16 man ops and laughed at our incompetence to beat soa in nightmare. Those days are gone and if we get 20 people in the guild most of them want to pvp because that is where the fun is at the moment. We have little competitions amongst ourselves. Who gets the most protection (i got the top spot with 300k) , most damage, most kills, most medals (i hold the record in mine with 21), etc.
I don't see a quick reaction from the devs as they have planned things way in advance. Their roadmap was already done when the game launched and I think they did not expect their game to die so fast. The signs were there but they continued with their roadmap. They gave us 1.2 which is pointless. All those legacy things are overpriced and useless. Smart move to reinject money in the game's economy, i give them that. People ended up broke. I still got my 12mill credits so no biggie.
Patch 1.3, which was completed a long time ago, includes everything the game does not need at this point in time. The game needs a reality check, people are fed up with the constant repetition and imbalance of the game. I used to be immortal with my shadow on infiltration spec pre 1.2. My guild sages were healing 700k and I used to top the charts. Since 1.2, most of my guildies have went dps and avoid being healers in pvp. Why? Lord Calypho is a very unbalanced server when it comes to imps and reps. For every rep there are 2 imps and now this has gone even highers as many reps have rolled imperial. So in every warzone I end up being the highest ranked player and the highest geared. 4 of them have barely hit 50 and have no expertise. I ask you, how am I supposed to protect our only healer when on the other side you have an average of 3 marauders per warzone who are 1200 expertise +?
