This is the one good thing about the CE vendor. You can pretty much outfit your toon with orange gear at level 9 or so, and now add Augments too. So at a low level you can have gear with mods and augments. This is a pretty big deal which I think most do not take advantage of. I noticed that on my lvl 24 Guardian I had between 1k - 2k more health than other Guardians of the same level or even a couple levels above.
I have gotten back into the game and really enjoying it by playing new/lower level toons. I really do not enjoy the end game. From 1-50 is loads of fun for me. But once I hit 50, I hate the repetitiveness and the "grind," which is no fun for me.
