I've fallen through a map once, but just the once. Everyone is right in saying that it "seems" polished. If you only have a weekend to try things out, that's certainly a valid opinion. You guys were also on a different server from the rest of us. Hopefully you weekenders were TESTING though, and not just playing.

Let me just put it this way: our chat is filled with things like "they better start fixing some of these things or launch will be a disaster". It's a bunch of little things, but it's all game mechanics. I wish I could go into things, to help people understand a little better where I'm coming from, but there are a lot of crucial things broken/not working/missing still. They have over two months, but people are getting really worried the more they play, because we end up finding so much more stuff that isn't right.

That's pretty impressive, since I'm sure 90+% of PC game sales are digital at this point.
with this game though it's probably more like 25-50%; essentially the digital deluxe edition. after it goes live & people can use that origin birthday trick to get a discount it'll probably shoot up though

Yeah, I had some comments like yours in my last post, but edited them out due to fearing breaking the NDA somehow. This is definitely a concern for me, too.

Picking the last possible Tuesday in 2011 does not inspire confidence either.

I hope you guys are reporting the bugs to bioware and not just complaining about them online. Beta testing does nothing for the community of people dont report issues.

If I run into issues, I report them. Whenever a feedback screen pops up, I fill it out, with comments. And no I don't just mark excellent on everything. If a particular quest was boring, I say so. If it was awesome, I say so.

I realize I'm only in the weekend test, but I have had very VERY few issues with this game, and none of which have been game-breaking. Twice I've had to re-log because I couldn't loot bodies. I hear people in General chat talking about bugged heroic quests which worked for me just fine. The one major annoyance I had only happened during one play session, and I submitted it as a bug whether it was one or not. I play a Gunslinger, and I'd drop my portable cover, clearly in line-of-sight of an enemy, the game bugged out and said Cannot See Target, over and over and over until I ran up to the guy.

So yes, the game has some bugs, but at least for me in this weekend test phase, I'm 100% sold on this game and will be rebuilding this same character upon release.

I'd LIKE to be able to get into the main beta thing that some of you are in, to really start testing things, and experience the issues you guys seem to be having, but I'm not fortunate enough to have been invited.

Teehee, same here. I've written a few pages of notes that I flesh out in longer bug reports to BioWare. If it's not something major, or that I can take a screen shot of in the bug report thingy, then I save it for a daily report. I keep hoping against all reason that the better bug reports I give, there's a possibility I'll get an invite to regular testing, though I know that's silly. BioWare should *never* clarify that point, in case there are other silly people out there who work harder with imaginary motivation.

I kinda feel guilty that I didn't notice a whole lot of issues yesterday. I feel like such a slacker.
