Advice on AT&T - Page 2

since were talking about getting out of contracts. i was able to get out of my sprint contract after two months of constant bs. all of a sudden i couldn't get phone calls in three rooms of the house(the most important ones at that), they would go right to voice mail and never even knew i had a missed call. they sent us a range extender and two new blackberrys over the two months to see if they would work better (for free). and nadda, they allowed us to get out without a termination fee. props to sprint for that.

and then we switched to at&t, not a problem since.

I'm having a big thing against Att right now and I'd love some suggestions how I could lower my bill I'm on family plan with 4 smartphones (3 iphones 200mb data) and unlimited text, 1200 minutes. And I'm being billed $550 a month for all that... Is it reasonable or should I call them and cancel my plan then go T-Mo?? Thanks a bunch.

P.S. I know I should've created a thread but too lazy
