Mousepad for Roccat Kone+

Thread Starter
I just ordered my Roccat Kone+ last night and it should be here by tommorow or the day after and I'm wondering if I should go out and buy a new pad for it. I have an old Steelseries Qck that I used with my Microsoft Sidewinder X5 which worked pretty well but the pad has seen better days and is getting quite worn. It still does its job but I'm wondering if another one will suite the new sensor better. I've looked into the Steelseries 4HD/9HD and the Roccat Sota and Taito. I'm not sure about the granulated surface on the Sota and the SS pads as I am worried that they will wear down the feet on the Kone+ rather quickly. The Taito seems the same as the Qck and I'm not going to buy another mousepad that will wear down and lose its quality in a short period of time.

I use QcK+ with my Kone+ at the moment. Works ok.

If you want more glide, go with Sota or 9HD. Can't really say anything about feet wearing down but you can always buy new ones if they will.
