Good upgrade?

Thread Starter
Well I'm selling both my cards to a friend for $100, and I would like to upgrade to a single card. I was looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814500182

If anyone has suggestions for something better please keep it preferably under $150, but I'll go all the way up to $200.

My cards are Sapphire, by the way, if that changes anything.

Go up to 200 and get a 6870, it's a fantastic card.

But for under 150 get this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814162052

EDIT: Also unless you plan to game at high resolutions don't bother going more than 1gb on a card without the proper backings to handle it.

You're selling 2 5770s for 100? you're a nice guy...

anyways, 2 5770s perform 5-10 % under a 560ti.. so a 460 would probably net you pretty similar performance to 2x 5770.

if you're counting rebates, you can grab a 560ti for at/under 200.

If you're not looking to upgrade, just sidegrade to a single card though I think the 460 will suit you just fine

Yeah, he's my best friend and he doesn't have steady income.

And I'll definitely take a look at that 465.

Hmmm. I could probably wait until my birthday and then sell him my cards and my dad would probably help foot the rest of the bill for a better video card at ~200... That sounds like a better plan if I want an upgrade.

AND SKYRIM COMES OUT IN NOVEMBER FOR MY BIRTHDAY TOO.

Well i'm pretty sure you'l be able to run skyrim at 1080p with your current system. Why bother at all to upgrade your CF system with just a 560 TI ? Better wait for kepler.
