No problems with the latest version... Anyway there are problems with everything using an SSD : firmware, driver... I'm not frustrated to keep my HDD
lol. Firmware and driver are hardly big enough probs to stay away . Just update firmware and enable AHCI.

Some people that had firmware 0006 in their C300 experienced freezes that lasted a second or two and then everything would resume. People with 0002 or 0007 firmware did not experience these freezes.

If you have 0006 firmware just update to 0007 firmware. You can get on the Crucial forums and there is a thread for going from 0002 to 0006 and another for going from 0006 to 0007, it will tell you everything you need to know.

I have no problems at all, I went from 0002 to 0007 and have been on 0007 for over a month with no freezes. I was on 0002 for over ten months with no freezes.

I am using Intel RST drivers 10.5.1.1001, some people have reported problems using 10.6.0.1002

One of the main reasons you want to set your SATA port to AHCI is because IDE does not support the trim command, only AHCI supports the trim command.

Not only the TRIM but also NCQ and better performance. Read more here.
