You're not giving us much to go by, but just from experience, the first thing I'd look at would be the power supply.

Read the first post here.

It's a normal problem with these boards. Usually, you can fix it by disabling PLL Overvoltage. But its not really a problem though, just kind of annoying.

My first thought would be have you done any overclocks or messed with any settings in your bios?

My board will do this if it doesn't like something in the bios when I'm OCing. Basically, it's the board doing a soft reset on your CMOS. Without, more info on your system and what you were doing when this happened I can only give you a wide range of possibilities.
