Both of these numbers are the same and they both use the number 2- but they represent different quantities.
...because you are using different numbering system. You changed the rules of the game. You are using different "languages" to describe something. The number of object is the source... not the value for them. I already went over this.

You example is flawed because you are using the same representation to define two different values from two different systems. The example should be:
this quantity: //////////// in the decimal numeric system is represented by "12"
this quantity: ////////////////// in the Hexadecimal numeric system is represented by "12"
this quantity: //////////// in the Hexadecimal numeric system is represented by "C"

//////////// = ////////////
12 in base 10 = C in base 16.

Given a fully functional, developed, etc. human, it is safe to say there are general responses and reactions the nervous system will have based on different situations, experiences, or emotions. For example, when stress or pain is experienced, the response is measureable. These are easily measured and recorded and have been for many years. People are diagnosed with medical conditions based off these results from none other than the medical and scientific community.
I completely agree. However, these experiences have to be explicitly defined in scope.

Can I accurately measure how a movie affects a person belief system?
Can I accurately measure how a movie affects a person subjectively feel?
Can I accurately measure how a movie affects a person brain bloodflow?

Edit to add: Oh, and by the way, saying your example is "bas 10 " does not change anything. here is another example using only decimal numbers:

2 represents this quantity: //

22 represents this quantity: /////////// ///////////

The 2 in the first example represents // things. The first 2 of the second numbers represents //////////////////// things. If you think those quantities are the same, I would love to play some poker with you. I will throw in // this many chips and you can toss in //////////////////// chips and we can call it even.....
I already posted an example using only decimal numbers......

And by the way, I dod not "change the rules of the game" at all.
Here is the original post to which I was responding:

He clearly states "2 ALWAYS repressents the same thing "and then says this is a "fact". Both of these claims are completely false.

Who ever said "2" and "22" are the same in the same numbering system?

The number 2 is not the number 22..... seriously, your arguement is weak.

neither time or space can "move" in the classical sense, they can bend, shrink, cut, take shortcuts or whatever but only according to your specific slice of the universe. in reality neither of them exist but are measurable by difference in perspective

as for deja vu - brainfart

If Time and Space cannot move, then how and why is it "taking a shortcut". This is a contradiction. If I understand your last thought in that paragraph, you are suggesting that reality is perspective based. Would this mean that the Universe only exists if you can experience it? And, if so, what is the situation before and after your life- or are you saying that life is eternal and has no end or beginning?
