Hi guys, Im having this problem and I have search all over the net but no one really have the same rig as I that get this bad performance for this game. Here is my rig:

Intel Q6600 2.4GHz
DDR2(800) 4GB Ram
Galaxy GTX 570
Corsair 750W

I know that this game demand alot for the CPU and I have updated all my drivers for the GPU and BIOS as well.

CPU bottleneck. Try overclocking.
the game utilizes your CPU a lot more then other games so your causing a bottleneck because the cup has to do a lot more stuff. Try running MSI Afterburner ot EVGA Precision and use the on screen display to measure your GPU usage. If you get low #s like 60% then you have a CPU bottleneck

As everyone already stated it is your cpu holding you back.

I had a c2d @ 3ghz with my gtx 570 and would get around 20-40fps in multiplayer, upgraded to my 2500k @ 4.5ghz and now im running around 100fps+ @ 1080p with 32xAA.

I just overclock it to 3.0 GHz and did a test on Prime95 and stable. im going to run the game and see if i get a better performance and see what is my GPU usage is. Thanks alot guys.

EDIT: My fps got improve at 3.0GHz. how far can I push this CPU? Voltage?

EDIT: So I was at 3.0 GHz at 1.4V. I try 3.2GHz and leave it at 1.4V and PC freezes at soon as it load up at the BIOS screen. What should I do next? Im just went back to 3.0Ghz.
