The Asus is superior in terms of components, noise, and cooling.

Warranty should not be a huge concern. Are you really going to keep a graphics card more than 3 years anyway? Besides, its not like the Asus will explode after the warranty is up. It would probably last several more years.

DCuII has more phase? so why it can't go over 930core, and on the other hand Evga ones can reach 960core?!

Every card is different. I sure as hell know you would either want a DirectCU II or water cooling when you are extreme overclocking. I doubt those 960Mhz EVGA cards are very cool, quite, or reliable at 960Mhz. My Asus hit 950Mhz core no problem. I could go higher but didn't bother. Here is my 3DMark 11 score.

I Don't know how you managed to do that!! mine cant be stable at 950/2200 in 3Dmark11!!
