What do you need help with? Hooking up the power and sata cables?
If the wire plugs in then its the right one, its really that simple.

2 on motherboard a 24 pin (big) and 8 pin at the top.

maybe one or two on the gpu that will be 6+2 pins. and then sata (thin flat) on hdd and dvd

molex pin 4 on fans and other stuff.

They all can only fit in one way so there is nothing to worry about.

i dont think you can go wrong with plugging psu cables, if it fits, it will work o.o

the thickest wire is of course the power, should fit into only one slot on your mobo. there are wires labeled pcie, goes to your gpu. there is an unlabeled 8-pin that goes to the upper left corner of your mobo. the rest are for your fans/hard drives/etc.

case fan's 3-pins can be plugged to your mobo.

basically the cables will go where they need to be. If you need to apply to much force, you are probably trying to plug them where they don't belong.
red goes with red, blue with blue, X with X.
usually there are white logos near most headers that should tell you what belongs there.

The case fans can be plugged either on the PSU molex connector or on the 3/4pin headers on your mobo. Connecting to your mobo is usually better, because you can control the fan through the BIOS or software, if you want to control it, of course.
