Like every one else has said they are great fans if not the best (in my opinion ). They will last for ages, mainly because they are industrial fans.

Although some people have complained about them saying that they are noisy (or they are silence freaks), but it is down to what you are comfortable with.

If you have the money get one, you won't know until you try.

They're definitely not quiet fans but they have a good performance to noise ratio. The AP-14s are quiet fans, but AP-14s are basically AP-15s with lower voltage.

The best solution IMO is to get an AP-15 (or the 2150 RPM AZ-00) and use a fan controller. You can't make an AP-13 or AP-14 spin faster if you need the extra airflow, but you can easily make an AP-15 or AZ-00 spin more slowly.

At ~1200 RPM, Gentle Typhoons are incredibly quiet. Even at 1850 RPM they're quite tolerable.

Well how noisy are they compared to the H60 stock fan? I experienced shroud making on all my old Lian Li and Cooler master case fans, and had to use my H60 stock fan for the intake fan on the front. And damnit, it's noisy.

I'mma buy 4 GT's for the A71F. 2 for front intake, 2 for push pull on the H60.

My case situation right now is quite awkward, took the side panel off, and put on the big fan from un top of the HAF 922, to exhaust. this dropped my temps a bit, but it's an annoying config. to have. I can't wait to get my hands on an A71F.
