IMO, OP would be better off going ASUS! Because over half of all the Sandy Bridge builds here on OCN, are ASUS
And so, loads of support here if OP did need it!

And the reason I say P8P67 Pro, is because of the Pro can do both Sli and CrossFireX

True, but the Asrock gen3 board does SLI/X-fire, lots of ppl here also use Asrock, and it's pci-e 3.0 for a bit of future proofing. Not to mention the fact that it looks cooler.

Damn Im super sorry about that didnt know ppl would respond this fast. As for uses, I play Starcraft 2 every so often and plan on purchasing Diablo 3 when it comes out(I dont consider myself a real gamer though), surf web(netflix), and do homework on it lol... I would like to eventually OC it also, and SLI would be nice

and sorry for the noob post and noob late response, if any more info is needed just let me know and i will try to respond as fast as i can
