I don't even understand this. Something about the S3888 in the Da 3.5G having a high LOD? And that tape isn't a permanent solution? It doesn't fall off bro, its a permanent but easily reversible fix.

Why won't you just go away?

i wish they would stop making dpi in stupid settings

400 dpi 1800 dpi 3500 dpi

horrible.....

should be 800 dpi 1200 dpi 1600 dpi 2000 dpi

if you use past 2k dpi your crazy and need to learn the proper way to do things...

The DA 3.5G has a 900CPI step that works perfectly fine btw.

but then it shoots up to 1800 and then 3500 its just a bit stupid imo

also the DA is a palm grip.... really? palm?

the fact that side buttons are not vertical yet is beyond me too. vertical buttons fit the hands better and allow better grip. its better grip because you dont lift your thumb off the mouse in order to use them

on any mouse with side buttons you lose the thumb function for a bit while you press the button

wish abyssus didnt jitter... might try the mico but i keep hearing mixed reviews

The sensor was originally designed to natively work in 1800 and 3500 steps. Properly configured 900/450 steps were actually added in by Razer.

Edit:
You could wait and see if any company wants to pick up the new ADNS-3050 sensor, but I cant guarantee that they'll use all off these options.

who plays at 3500 dpi

seriously you cant be super accurate with that setting its impossible because the force required to start the mouse movement makes the mouse go further then one would actually want when making a small movement at that dpi

it renders small movements almost impossible...

why so much hate for the so called prediction ? I was one of the guys who basically discovered its existance back in '07 http://hardware.gotfrag.com/portal/f...thread/306678/ it shouldn't affect a low sens player like you in any way possible, look @ raziel ( RTCW living legend )
he used a mx310 @ 200hz ( usb hacks were not common back then ) and never gave a **** about "prediction" at all ! in fact, he found its tracking to feel much smoother compared to MS mice, shape glide fov polling rate framerate monitor refresh rate reflexes those were the things that mattered to him everytime he wanted to make sure that his is able to compete on a high level, not prediction algorithms
