if you don't ask, you don't get. Most companies care at least a little about customer satisfaction, and if you're already spending a lot with them they'll do everything they can to make you happy - and if all that means is a little shipping upgrade (which costs them basically nothing to do as they ship so much anyway) it's worth it if you buy your next rig there. It's even more worthwhile for them if you go into a busy online forum and post something positive about them...

OK, everything arrived yesterday and nothing looks broken

I picked up an antistatic band just in case but can anyone tell me how to actually use it? I have looked in this forum and googled it but there are different answers in every thread!

Will I be fine just connecting the clip to a metal part of my case, without having the PSU plugged in? Or do I need to leave my computer plugged into a wall socket (turned off, obviously) to have everything completely grounded?

For future reference: sign up to AV Forums and after 2 weeks you will be entitled to free P&P on any order over a certain price (think its £20). Also, check out the today only deals every day and since with free P&P it doesn't matter if you order things in different packages on different days, you can save a fair amount. I bought all my stuff from Scan and they were great.

I agree Scan are awesome
I bought my last rig from them sans the graphics and memory as they had stock issues.
I plan to use them again for my upgrade next month.
