GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD5 or XP-UD5

Thread Starter
Is there any downsides to the XP version ? I've searched around and can't find any evidence there is. Should i just buy the XP in case virtu becomes more useful or i have a greater need for it in the future, or grab the X model.

This mobo is for a gamer build so i assume the only real use I'll get out of virtu right now would be for side projects. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
