Any good PWM fan controllers?

Thread Starter
Just built my first WC system. I messed up and bought 4 Delta FFB1212EH-PWM 120mm Case Fan. These are 4 pin, 4000rpm, 24 watts each, very powerful. Why I went PWM is beyond me....i guess it sounded cool at the time.

Now i realize I cant control these fans with my Kaze Master ace controller. Its about 8 watts per ch.

My question is....are there ANY good PWM fan controllers out there. I found a 30 watt a ch fan controller, Lamptron I think, but its not PWM.

I thought fans were going to be the easy part, I was wrong.

If you feel adventurous in DIY world and not scare of using solder -> CLICK

How did you mess up? Get one of these (here), and one of these.

The Akasa mount draws its current from Molex (directly from your PSU) and the Y-cable allows you to expand it to four fans. Then plug the cpu plug into the motherboard's cpu fan header and set it to automatic, and you will have your motherboard controlling all four PWM fans.

The cables are high quality stuff. On my current rig I have two PWM fans on my Mugen 2 and one TY-140 PWM as top intake, all speed-controlled by the motherboard. When I go back to using my D14 I will have four PWM fans controlled this way. It's what PWM is for.
